Here's what I'm hoping.

So I spoke to my nurse for the thing I have (MS) and she was saying apparently it's not healthy to only eat at 7PM each day, and I also have a fairly vicious sleep pattern due to night terrors.

I do hope to at least change the eating habits, but I wonder what counts as something that I've eaten earlier, there's days where I just feel sick with the thought of food but idk. I do want to improve on it though as I'm clinically underweight. But again I wanna change that : )
