Ranting

Heyyy, sooo Im typing this as I’m currently crying—literally no shame—but I feel like I’m crazy. Like all of these things have happened in my life and I feel insane. Not enough to go to a mental hospital but enough to know that I need help and I want help—I’ve had therapy before and I lied to my therapist lol. And now I want to try therapy again, but my dad doesn’t believe in mental health and he doesn’t want to pay for it so I’m stuck in my room, curled up in blankets, next to my cat, crying while ranting on the internet because what else is a teen girl supposed to do??? DUHHHH.

Someone please help me.
