nighttime inquiries

i always wished i had my first period in the shower like a full carrie moment but now i’m not sure if that’s actually possible because your period like stops when you’re in the shower or any body of water i mean it’s not gone completely it’ll drip here and there but the flow is just decreased drastically and now i’m thinking wouldn’t carrie’s period happen when she got out of the shower this is fiction i’m talking about maybe i should leave this to the universe.
