1. Drink lots of water, you'll look bloated for a bit but once you use the bathroom then you'll be fine.
2. I would walk a lot, at least 6k steps a day.
3. I only ate sweets on Fridays, in moderation of course.
4. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I would only eat salads and drink water.
That's basically all I did. Please take care of yourself and be healthy <3

Pretty good advice, you can eat more than just salads tho, as long as it isnt too greasy and is in moderation, also goodjob on losing 10lbs
