It’s too damn hot

For the past 3 days, this heatwave  is like out of control. I can’t take it . If it’s has to do with this El Niño, then that’s a possibility but geez. I don’t even like summer that much, Does anyone have any tips to like stay cool in this hot weather cause I’m pretty much done with the heat?
