Rant/Vent I can't identify my feelings

I don't want to sound egdey but how do you identify emotions because i never have been able to identify my emotions which is weird to me because i can figure out other but my emotions and it takes atleast 2 days-5 months-YEARS to figure out emotions i was feeling and can only tell by my tone of my voice or if i smiled or cried but it never feels like 1 emotion would be able to describe how i'm feeling every single time AND NOTHING I SEARCH FOR HELPS it just a consant cycle because i never can really tell somone what i'm feeling so i just say fine
