Wish You Were Here is fantastic but Atom Heart Mother is also great. Shine on Pts. 1-5 and Atom Heart Mother (self titled opening track) are about tied for my favourite pink floyd songs. I think Shine On takes it by a hair.
I've only listened to about half of their discography though, and regularly revisit even less than that amount. Ive listened to Wish You Were Here; Animals; some of Dark Side of the Moon; Atom Heart Mother; The Piper at the Gates of Dawn; most of The Wall; and some of The Final Cut. I basically only ever revisit Atom Heart Mother and Wish You Were Here.

Wish you were here all the way. Shine on is probably competing for my favorite song of all time. I consider it much more of a career peak than dsotm or wall..
