heres a lil selfcare guide for anyone out there who is struggling in any way!

Why was this made?: 

Many individuals struggle with taking care of themselves due to depression, anxiety, or anything else. Those issues can cause your mind to wander away from responsibilities.

Selfcare activities

  • DRINK WATER!!
  • eat 3 meals a day
  • Sleep well
  • Exercise (does not have to be anything intense)
  • Get fresh air by going outside

  • Avoid being isolated all day
