Any advice for cats? Especially orange cats?

(Off topic) Okay so, I don’t know how to import the photos on here without a computer cause I’m doing this on phone. 

1) but apparently my sister stepped on my cats tail. She freaked. She now doesn’t wanna step on the floor (weird, I know.) and my sister gave her to me, to calm her. They gave me her cage, food AND water. But when she moved the cage for the bowls, she FREAKED WHEN SHE SAW THE FLOOR. She jumped on me for crying out loud. I have a BUNCH of cuts. I really need help on what I can do. I’ve never got told what to do when a cat does that. 

2) My orange cat is Crazy. Yea orange cats are like that but is there a way to calm them? 

3) is there a way to wash an orange cat or to get your orange cat to stop scratching you or meowing at night? Or even to stop them when your trying to cut There nails? I need advice. 

To anyone who read this, plz give advice. I cant type a lot because of the cut my cat gave me rn when she jumped on me. I really need answers - thank you.
