Made In Abyss Season 1

I finished Made in Abyss Season 1 today and I have to say, it was really good. The world building is really good. It gives me this sense of wonder that I get from a bunch of my favorite pieces of media. I wanted to know what secrets, people, creatures were to found. The characters were interesting and didn't feel bland or poorly written. The characters of Nanachi and Reg are cool. Nanachi's backstory is heartbreaking and shows more of what goes on in the abyss as well as introduces a major antagonist. Reg is a cyborg type of character that kicks off the series. He supposedly comes from the bottom layer of the abyss and can't remember anything about himself. The animation is also really pretty. Backgrounds are vibrant and filled with life. Character and monster animation is good. The designs are pretty neat. I'm excited to go onto the movie and season 2.
