Yesterday

i was too lazy and had other problems yesterday so i couldnt write here but now i can!1!

so me and my friend Alexandra planned to bake cinnamon rolls 2gether!! we planned this last year......and finally we met to bake!!!

we were supposed to meet in front of her apartment complex at 11:30. my alarm didnt wake me up as usual ...so i woke up at 9:44 which meant that i should have left the house in an hour (i live far away so yeah it takes me a lot of time to get at her house). the thing is that one hour isnt enough for me to get ready. i mean, i dont have a long morning routine... and im also lazy. 

thankfully my dad drove me there. however i was still gonna be a bit late so i texted here in time: "hey sorry but ill arrive around 11:45" and so i did. but alexandra didnt see my text.

11:45 - i messaged her again: "im here" but nothing. a lot of elderly people were staring at me (why do elderly people always stare...).  

i messaged her every 10 - 15 minutes (so that i wont spam her ) and called her a few times. 

12:35 -  ive lost my hope and i told myself "if she doesnt answer in 10 minutes, im leaving" but right then she called me back finallyyyy

she told me that she was ready but she had decided to nap a little bit until i came so she ended up sleeping. LMAO i didnt get mad tho.

but i just laughed and acted like nothing happened like pfft, staying one hour in heat outside? thats nothing pfft haha

we go to the supermarket to buy some ingredients like cinnamon and sugar

we get back in her apartment and we start cooking.

i suggested taking the number of ingredients we need and putting them in bowls before beginning cooking. alexandra declined, saying that its okay even without doing this. 

we started by grabbing 250g of flour. we didnt know how much that should be... she had a scale but it was broken. somehow we managed to get the 250g we needed. i looked at the recipe video on my phone.. the flour in the video seems much more than we have. whatever. must be an illusion or something. 

we add more ingredients and then we get to milk. i looked and said "hold on...we were supposed to put 250 litres of milk...not 250g of flour...." so stupid...... alexandra asked "then how many grams we needed of flour?" "550 g" so i tried putting 300 g more......

after a while, i became so hungry that i would eat the mixed ingredients (i got a bit sick). we were supposed to melt 50 g of butter and while alexandra was getting the oven (?) ready, i was supposed to bring the butter... aaaaand I DROPPED IT. yeah.......

in the recipe video showed a lady mixing the ingredients with her hand. "ew!" i said... so we decided to mix with a spoon or smth... but eventually we realised we were wrong and maybe we should have mixed with our hands after all.....because our uhhh dough didnt look the same as the tutorial one.....

that one was golden, fluffy and not sticky. ours was yellowish white like unwashed teeth, very sticky and had weird spottings (?bubbles?) on it. alexandra said that we probably didnt mix the eggs well either?........

anyways in the end, we couldnt do anything. we ended up with a messy mix that reminded me of a dirty slime. i would attach a pic but idk how. 

alexandra says "lets try to make pancakes out of this" AND HER IDEA WORKED!! she was making these weird shaped pancaked that tasted like cinnamon!! i got a stomachache because of them but they were surprisingly edible and quite good !!

while she was making them, i suggested buying some slushies from outside and she agreed. i walked about 5 minutes (which felt like an eternity plus people were staring at me because i had dough on my face and i didnt notice....). finally i get to the shop and i ask for a bubblegum (weird flavour but ok) slushy for me and a mojito one for my friend. the lady from there got me something else but hey, a slushie is a slushie and thats all it matters.

so we finally enjoy our weird failed cinnamon rolls while drinking those slushies (mine was so bad, there was literally too much ice in it....) and we started talking about the exam, friends,... toxic friends, school and classmates which im gonna write about in my upcoming blogs if i dont forget.

well that was all i guess, i also convinced my friend to watch scream queens lmao and we watched the first episode together lol

okayy bye now im gonna watch iceberg videos about dark web on youtube or sum idk byeee
