any1 else have rlly bad burping problems

like u just be out in public and all of a sudden u start burpig out of nowhere every 3 sseconds like WHY i recently searched it up n it said its bc of too much air in thr body but like i dont feel like believing that i feel so embarrassed whenever i burp every 2 seconds near my classmates i have to say sorry everytiem IDK HOW TO CONTROL IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
