It is with utmost regret, and cathartic sadness, that I must report the death of my potato plant - the heat index reached 116°F here and I forgot it outside - it was killed by the sun.
HOWEVER -Â
I am pleased to announce and share with you all, that a pumpkin plant has sprouted in my yard and produced a beautiful flower -

R.I.P Potato Plant...
Though a very pretty pumpkin flower! I hope it grows well. I had a Pumpkin plant in my backyard compost bin some years back (by accident. I believe it sprouted from some sort of Halloween decoration) and it just would. Not. Die. until the whole bin was emptied out completely once.
Hahaha awww. Did you get any pumpkins to eat? :)

If I remember correctly they sadly weren't edible :c
But they made some good decoration!
