The Truth of Life is that it can sometimes be cruel and unfair. We live in a world of unceasing change and unpredictability. Each one of us is faced with innumerable challenges on a daily basis, and often we do not have the resources or knowledge to adequately prepare for them. No matter how prepared we may think we are, life will often throw curve balls that make it difficult to keep up with expectations, both from within ourselves and from others’ standards.
Life can also be full of sorrows and suffering; at any given time there are people all over the world whose lives are marked by disaster or tragedy beyond their control. Even when there isn't active suffering, it's impossible to avoid feeling sadness from time to time as part of living through this tumultuous journey that we call life. All too often, people come face-to-face with loss — death of loved ones, financial insecurity despite hard work — which can leave them feeling helpless in the face of an uncaring universe.
Another dark truth about life is that you won't always get what you want simply because you deserve it or worked hard for it — luck plays just as big a role in success as skill does (if not bigger). This reality isn't meant to depress us but instead serve as motivation to persevere against whatever odds stand before us; no matter how tough things might seem now they could always be better tomorrow if only we remain open-minded while helping those around us achieve their goals alongside our own ambitions.
The final piece of advice I'd like to offer on this subject is simple: expect more out of life than what averagely comes your way but don't expect things without putting in effort first. Show yourself each day that no challenge is insurmountable if you put your heart into tackling it headlong; strength doesn't come overnight so don’t give up when progress looks slow - these traits build over time until one finds themselves capable enough for anything life throws at them. This may be quite a challenge and seem overbearing.
Life is unpredictable and can be full of challenges, disappointments, and even tragedy. Many people are unprepared to discover that bad things can happen to good people, and that not everything in life is fair or just. It can be difficult to come to terms with the fact that we do not always have control over our circumstances or the actions of others. Additionally, many people are unprepared to face the reality of their own mortality and the impermanence of life. It is important to acknowledge these truths and find ways to cope with them in a healthy and positive manner.
