About me + DNI (sorta)

Hi!

Thought I should introduce myself more properly.

I'm Envy, currently 24 years old living in Belgium. I'm a lesbian and idek what my gender identity is at this point. Like most of you guys I have autism and some other stuff (OCD, ADHD, some eating issues but not planning on speaking abt those on here...)

I have a masters in photography/visual arts and am currently getting an additional masters for art restoration! 

I work out quite a lot and do several sports, currently practising Kyoukushin Karate, Capoeira and general gym/lifting/calisthenics!

Planning on using this blog to make longer rundowns of my interests, especially cosplay and some of my non-fandom artwork... I've become a lot less open about these interests throughout the pandemic years. 

I want to speak somewhere without feeling too embarrased or like I'm being bothersome uknow! I don't think my stuff could be used as tutorials but if some of the little tailoring hacks I will write about inspire you I'd love to know! :D

Some of my longtime general interests include:

⭐ Sea creatures, general zoology, astronomy

⭐ Art philosophy, occultism and cryptozoology (just to read abt I do not practice it :))

⭐ Variety of art, music and fashion styles

(current biggest) Fandom interests:

I'm super fixated on chainsawman and MDZS right now! Yoshida has slowly become my favorite in regards to chainsaw man and with mdzs... I've always been a Jiang Cheng enjoyer (sorry)...

Others include: 

JJBA, HXH, DGRP, horror jrpgs (Ib, Yume Nikki, Corpse Party...the classics), NGE, IWTV...

DNI (and potential content warnings-nothing too serious though):

☁️ I would really prefer to only befriend adults on here, will only add minors (over 16) if we have many hobbies in common such as both sharing cosplay crafting logs or smth! 

I do think having older friends to speak to can be a valuable asset, I'm endlessly grateful to my older friends that have guided me throughout my teen years but because this site doesn't let you have followers and only 'friends' I just do not feel comfortable having anyone under 16 on here sorry!

☁️ I do not touch pro and anti discourse with a 10 foot pole. 

In general I believe teens (anyone really) is allowed to feel uncomfortable with what you post and tell likeminded individuals about it. However I have been in fandomspaces for so long that I am pretty desensitised to a lot of things that bother "antis" (god I hate using that) so I might not be aware of some of these things or just have different boundaries with these things. 

Feel free to let me know, but do not assume I will drop friends I genuinely trust over fictional arguments especially regarding characters I don't even know (I will over IRL offenses of course...)!

☁️ I do not think yaoi and fujoshis are a genuine social issue sorry lol 

(I am not one but I do engage in shipping culture and a lot of those are m/m)

☁️ Maybe important: South Park was one of my first ever special interests, while I am critical of it (I am a leftist) and try to not promote it much I won't lie about the fact that it does bring me joy as well, if you are uncomfortable with that feel free to not interact!
