plus i feel like minors can't complain about adults being in...well, an ADULT space on here. what this site is based off of, the target audience is mainly that audience of adults that are using this for nostalgia, but ive seen a lot of 13 year olds complain about how theres 'too many adults'? i wonder if they knew how old the audience was who used *the* site

Hard agree..there will never be a 'minor safe space' on the internet, especially because it's usually 13 or older almost everywhere...
