Feburary 12 2022 - Eric Nam - 9/10

amazing concert !! i hadn't really listened to him much but a friend invited me so i went. it was super fun, not too loud, amazing environment.  everyone was super nice, people at the barrier let me put my coat there bc it was hot in the venue and i couldn't afford coat check

the wait was AWFUL. feburary in Chicago?? hell. everyone had to wait outside and it was freezing just so so uncomfortable. bonus points to eric and his staff because they passed out free coffee and handwarmers. the problems were with the venue tbh. i also broke my favorite bag :(

the opener was lyn lapid and she was amazing too, beautiful voice and amazing performer. it was her last stop on the tour so eric brought her a cake too, it was super sweet to watch.

April 23 2022 - cavetown - 6/10

i love cavetown !! I've been to like ?? three or four cavetown concerts and they're always great, amazing music, chill crowd, fun time. 

the venue.. was so hot.... it was probably over 100 degrees in there and there was zero ventilation. multiple people passed out and the venue didn't do anything to help. they only started passing out waters after robbie asked like five times. i was able to find a spot on the ground against some cold concrete but it was still pretty bad. again, all on the venue, but that's how it goes ig. 

September 16 2022 - MCR - 8/10

FUCK IT WAS LIFECHANGING i still cant believe i actually saw them live it was so amazing. i always enjoy riot fest but that year was just unbelievable. i was far in the back but the sound quality was still great. if i remember right there were around 60 thousand people there it was crazy. I was far in the back and just chilling with my dad it was great.

i heard really bad things about the pit. multiple of my friends got punched, one in the eye, and none of them were moshing, they were just kinda close to the stage. my dad was talking through like all of it which sucked and a 40 yr old man tried to hit on me which double sucked, but i just told him to fuck off and it was okay. i wish i could have seen them at a venue instead of a festival but it was still great. i also missed Na Na Na bc i was getting merch :(((

October 5 2022 - Iron Maiden - 10/10

AMAZING CONCERT so fun, so awesome, i didn't have to buy tickets >;3 i went with my dad and two of his friends and it was actually super fun. we were in the nosebleeds but the view and sound was still great. they are just amazing performers and i love irons maiden's music so much so it was just great. the crowd was so fun to watch too, there were people ranging from 10 years old to probably 90. literally no complaints

January 17 2023 - The Sound of Animals Fighting - 7/10

Very fun !! The openers were so good, especially hail the sun they were awesome.  The venue was comfortable and the sound really good. I went with my dad again, which is always super fun hehe. It was my first 17+ concert as a 17 yr old yippee !!! Their merch is so good and wasn't too expensive.

It went... so late.... both of the openers played for like over an hour and tsoaf didn't even come out until like 10:30. I had tests the next day so i could only stay for like. a third of their set it was so sad.
