Opera GX

So, I decided to try out Opera GX today.

Funnily enough I accidentally installed the normal Opera browser at first but I realized my mistake and got the correct one afterwards.

Now then, what are my thoughts so far?

I honestly like this browser. I enjoy the customizability of it and how you can add browser mods to further customize it with background music and sound effects. I of course instantly went after a Kingdom Hearts theme and was super happy to find one. The sounds of it made me stim because I absolutely love this series. So being able to hear these noises often makes me happy.

Setting up the browser with what I mostly had from Google Chrome wasn't too hard either. I transferred all my bookmarks with the click of a single button, and I figured out how to add all the extensions I liked to use despite them not being in the Opera extensions page.

I like a lot of the little features in this browser. Like how they have a tamagotchi-like pet on the bottom of the homepage (this is a removable feature if you don't like that kind of stuff).

I'd say my only gripe about this browser is that I'll have to search and bookmark stuff like Gmail, Drive, etc.

I'm still not entirely sure if I'll continue using this browser or not since I struggle with changes. I'm very used to Chrome.

But I do suggest this browser if you like customization and cool features. Free VPN, built in adblock, etc. It's pretty epic and cool.
