Crafting With Chronic Illness
Hello all! I'm a 27-year-old living in colorful Colorado who loves to create handmade, fashionable, epoxy resin key-chains and accessories. Crafting is important to me because I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Schizo-affective Disorder (Bipolar sub-type).
Rheumatoid Arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the joints. It happens when the immune system attacks the lining of the joints in the hands, knees, ankles, and more. This means that most days, I'm in pain. However, I've found that taking the right medication and staying active helps ease the pain. For more about Rheumatoid Arthritis, please click HERE.
Schizo-affective Disorder is a mental illness that affects my mood, thoughts, and ability to handle stress. It can be challenging to manage, but crafting helps me keep my

Despite my illnesses, I don't let them get me down. Crafting with
ShyCheyCreations is my way of staying busy with my hands, creatively

As a fellow arthritoid I feel your pain. :(
I'm glad you've found an outlet that makes you happy and is something you can sell too!
I have one suggestion; as a guy I wouldn't mind seeing one with like, leather or dried leaves or something more neutral than glitter. Maybe a black glitter, I dunno, you're the artist! :)
I have black glitter! It just doesn't show up super well

and stay strong on the arthritis front....I know it can be tough. I take a chemo medication to be able to survive.
