In my healing era

As of late, she's been doing her best to move on positively.  Past failed relationships, both romantic and platonic, as well as her own academic failures.  She's learnt that failures are a part of life and of growing up.  It's okay to fail- she keeps reminding herself, because she knows that it's all about learning from those failures. These days, she's focused on taking care of herself. She's realised that she doesn't care what others think of her.  She is beautiful, inside and out.  She's chasing the things that feed her soul.  Right now, she is filled with peace.  She has the ability to do whatever she wants, because the truth is, it's her life. Not anybody else's.  So in her lifetime, she's going to commit to a promise. That promise is to do what makes HER happy, and what's good for HER.  She knows that sometimes it's okay to be selfish, especially if it's for her own mental health.
