hello internet people. this is not a blog For You. this is a blog and you are reading it. you are a guest. i don't owe you shit. we don't know each other and you are reading my diary and i expect you to have some awareness of that. 

now that i've successfully scared all of you away, let's talk. 

my name is sidney. my pronouns are he/him. my blog is going to be in english for the most part. i might blog in spanish or mandarin if there's something i truly cannot express in english but i like keeping everything here in one language for consistency. i'm eighteen years old. i love love love music, movies, art in general. i'm deaf and autistic. i'm queer. i am never going to post a picture of myself on this blog. but i did make a cute picrew. 

i love the ocean and i love marine biology. my favorite animal is the whale shark, but i am so autistic about fish in general. music/art is another special interest of mine. i don't make music but i do make other art. i won't share that here either. telling you all on the internet my deepest feelings is fine but god forbid you see my face or something i painted. i'm not insecure about either, it's just too personal. writing about myself is a good outlet to help me process things that are happening to me, so expect a lot of personal stories and a lot of rambling about my special interests. 

i am going to use this blog as a diary. there is absolutely no way anyone i know irl will read this so i'm going to be painfully honest. i have no interest in curating a persona of myself for the internet.
