idk if its an internet thing, esp instagram, but like why are we having all 16 yo girls wearing oversized jeans, white plain crop tops and air forces and calling it a day ? or every event or party most girls on black tight fit dresses ? has the color been lost to some bigger thing im not aware of ?
where is the taste, the flavor of picking two or three colors and combining them in a creative way ? why does everyone have like 10 same colored clothes in different fonts nowadays ???

Fashion isnt dying, Normal ppl like that for some reason are just copy and paste. REAL Style and Fashion is actually kinda booming rn. But for the style of ppl you see walking around everyday you're right, casual fashion has gone downhill sm:/

this is so true but I also feel like a lot of people try to keep other fashion styles alive like gyaru, goth, etc but yeah there is a large amount of people that are basic

it could be the usual trend cycle. maximalism ("alt" in 2020) to minimalism ("old money rich" or "clean girl" in 2023) and vice versa. while i do see both types co-existing now, i feel like people forget that not everybody irl has the time and energy to dress extravagant each time they go out. i'm not a fan of boring clothes obvi but that's just how people are - millions of teenage girls dress "boring" everyday because it's what THEY want to wear. what's wrong with that?

well, yknow what we should do? we should make a silent protest to bring back colourful, bright and bold fashion again. fashion that can make a statement without speaking. fun fashion is using creativity to make an awesome and cool outfit of your own style. we shouldn't resort to looking like each other. we should just wear the boldest outfits we can to almost say "bring back awesome outfits again!" without verbally saying it. thats my plan
honestly YES. fashion is meant to be bold and protest without saying anything at all, but ppl are too tame and insecure to let it out. but we gon do our best to keep the spirit alive !

yknow what it is? people are too fucking judgemental and it shouldn't be that way. people should dress how they wanna and not be judged. everyone all across the world should make a silent protest to bring back BBF (bright and Bold Fashion). we need to make a silent protest, make a group on SpaceHey to make this work.
