I've felt this problem for literally years. the times where my sleep schedule is best is when im doing something physical in the day. like in my work i basically walk around for 8 hours and my sleep has never been better. but before where the only thing i would do is school work and computer games i could never control my sleep. i think this is actually the key to fixing your sleeping unless you're a diagnosed insomniac or something
