why my chronic gaming addiction must stop

hi my name is paul i am from poland and i want to confess that i have a problem i have a addiction not to drugs but to videogames i realised this when my kids left me and my wife told me that we should seperate becus im not responsible but i am i am the proud owner of 20 settlements in fallout 4 and have sunk 500 hours into it.
