I feel like Abigail most likely knew deep down that Hannibal was the man on the phone when they took Abigail to her old house i noticed that Abigail kept glancing at him while Hannibal just observed like he was daring her to say something. I'm wondering if he was curious on whether or not she would. Than she had suspicion's confirmed when after she killed Nicholas Boyle and Hannibal helped hide his body because once she was finally able to think clearly she would of have realized his voice was the one on the phone before her dad killed her mom and slit her throat.
