Demotivated at work

Am at work (totally demotivated btw) and can only observe my co-workers interest and engagement in their assignments, with some curiosity I must say. What happened to them to find those kind of meetings fun and important? How on Earth do they manage to stay focused? What is it, that drives their interest in work? What goals do they have?

I'm only here for the paycheck at the moment and, all I think of is when I'm allowed to go home so I get to spend the rest of the afternoon with my little family.

Anyone else on the same page? 

And yes, I'm looking for other jobs :P
