A storm the color of your eyes,
A sight which I could never despise,
One look and I'm done,
Your gaze makes me numb.

It's how you're so present in my mind,
Even when I'm fast asleep,
Wonders, musings, I dream it all.
You're every secret I want to keep.

Maybe one day I'll get used to this,
This feeling of hope and bliss,
The aching for someone,
The someone I miss.

Please make me make you stay,
What I want is always time,
To be with you everyday,
To get lost in the dark sublime.

I finally feel okay,
The ground a safe place to land,
You may never know how badly,
I wish to hold your hand.

I do wonder what's on your mind.
Is there a chance you're wanting more?
As we hear the clock tick by,
One... two... three... four...

Your words just destroy me,
You get inside my head,
The memories are constant,
I still repeat the things you said.

Listening to your heartbeat,
Feeling your chest rise and fall,
How beautiful it is...
...when we're doing nothing at all.

Call me "love", take my hand,
Hold me close, wreck my plan.

I want to hold you dearly,
I want to see you clearly,
I want to tell you sincerely,
That I dream of you severely.

Like a love poem I'll never read,
To know the words exist...
To feel them in your touch...
That's enough for me.

Listening to my own shadow,
Hoping you aren't too far away,
Hearing the words from sorrow,
Wishing I was enough to make you stay.

Others say "...nightmare, you should feel fear",

A monster in the sunlight,
An angel at midnight,
