Hi! I am Antonio, this blog works for anyone that wants to do tofu at home !!!
Cooking time: Portions:

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of soybeans (800 g)
- 60 ml of lemon juice
- water
- 1 filter cloth
- 2 containers for tofu
Preparation:
- Soak the soybeans in water from the day before. It will have doubled in size by the next day.
- Discard the water and blend the soybeans with clean water* at maximum speed until it becomes like milk.
- Filter the “milk” with the filter cloth.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir the foam as it forms on the water. Turn off and leave to cool, until lukewarm.
- Add the lemon juice and let the “milk” cut for almost 2 hours.
- Filter again. Wrap the tofu with the cloth; using a large hollow container with a grid underneath the container, let the tofu water filter through.
- Put weight on top of the other container until a reasonable amount of water has drained out.
- Leave in the refrigerator until the next day.
*Every 2 cups of soaked soybeans should be blended with 4 cups of clean water.
