the craig tucker mystery

how come craig is always flying? a few days ago I saw a video on tik tok about the same thing and ive been thinking about it a lot. first of all, in the episode "damien" craig flies through the wind like a pretty butterfly. in "city on the edge of forever" craig flies out of a bus as it's falling off a cliff. honestly I have no idea why he's always flying, my best guess? it's that they probably just wanted to use a random character and they chose craig. it's just strange to me at least that they chose him twice, unless it was intentional.
