Probably broke my hand or a finger

My moms husband crossed too many boundaries today and I was so so so fucking angry omg, and when I made some dumplings (comfort food muah >w<) I lost all my appetite and had a meltdown bla bla bla then I started punching the walls in the bathroom while everyone was outside right butttt the walls seemed too thin so I went to my room and was punching the wall until I heard someone coming back inside, sometime after I noticed that my ring finger was swollen a bit down and I though,, huh strange and then i started investigating and I probably broke a bone AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO EVEN TELL MY MOM LIKE.. she would care but tomorrow me and her are going to the school that I will be going to for an interview I think and THEN there will be a very important work gathering ( sorry don't know how it's really called butt we will be discussing some work stuff blabla) plus when I went downstair my step father bitching around again and I started swearing at him in front of my mom T_T he knows that I hate it when he does that but he takes it as a joke so that's his fault. Anyways then my mom told me to chill down and go to my room and bal bla bla soo yeahh, plus it's 10pm rn and they are sleeping anddd it might be a false alarm (HOPEFULLY.)

NOTE:   the boundaries that he crossed were that he literally TOOK me and THREW . me into a soon to be decorative pond (there's only water there) even tho we agreed that he would stop doing it to me since it's only fun for him to do and that it's really fucking annoying ( literally punched him in the face so hard once and his gums ( not sure) started bleeding and THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR HIM . and few other things were that he kept touching my stuff, even tho I clearly stated to everyone in the fucking house that it irritates me when someone other then my mom does that but hey woah guess who doesn't fucking care ^^
