160 ml milk
one egg
1/2 teaspoon salt and baking powder
spices and sugar - optional
vegetable oil for frying
stuffing :
7-8 slices of cheese
First of all, mix the egg with milk in a deep container. Add salt, add your favorite spices, stir thoroughly.
Next, combine the sifted flour with baking powder and add it to the egg-milk mixture. In this case, use a whisk for a better result.
Please note that the dough for corn dogs in consistency should turn out like thick sour cream, and easily drain from the whisk.
Take a tall container, for example, a glass and pour the batter into it.
Then take a piece of cheese
Next, place the product on a wooden skewer. By the way, thanks to her, corn dogs are convenient to eat and dip in sauce.
Immerse the workpiece in the dough mass so that it is completely in the batter.
In addition to this, to fry the corndogs, take a deep frying pan. Pour oil into it and heat it well.
