I'm a little bit late to this post but holy WOW, that is creepy. I had to turn up my volume a bit but I definitely heard it! Good job getting a video.
Is it possible that you could check around your house for, perhaps, a radio or something else? Maybe it sounds so distant because of static, or something else.
