Layouts are the death of me

(Small rant ahead)

OMG WHY IS MAKING A LAYOUT SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I've been working on this for hours and I keep losing progress because I don't know how to properly code so it's just a mess and some of the things that were working before have stopped or are glitching out!! Ahhh, I literally can't. And there are things I see in other profiles that idk how to do and I can't find tuts anywhere. So yeah... sorry for the rant I'm just frustrated.
