I LOVE FORUMS !!!!!

Maybe the biggest bummer in human history is that we ditched forums for exclusively timelines and algorithms!!

The dashboard totally has its benefits and I get why it came out on top, but you just can't replicate forums!! The only real social media I use is Tumblr, and looking for small artist recs is so much harder than it is on here. I've found a few bands I really loved through tumblr in the last few months, but a music forum board like the ones here feel so much more real! It feels like getting recs from people you meet at a concert! people rec their own bands!! That's how I found Action Cat and fuck dude, I love their stuff now!!

I love forums, being on this site reminded me what made them so special when I was younger, man!!
