Hallucination report 1

I think i just saw my friend in the corner of my room.

Yet they only appeared for 3 seconds then disappeared in thin air

I found them again in the kitchen which scared me

Im too scared to tell my parents about my recent hallucinations

Ill just keep experiencing this until i have the courage
