Listen, when I needed to create my first website, I was also thinking about learning some programming language, but then it dawned on me! Why spend a lot of time learning a language and then create just one website, it’s very labor-intensive, it’s best to contact the admiral-studios.com service, which will not only create your website, but also help optimize it, which is what I did in my case!

Java, just remember it always works from it's own virtual machine, and you'll need to learn what that means and it's implications first.

python is widely regarded as a good starter language for programming!

You can make a fully functional static website with just html & css. Reddit says java is a pretty good language to learn, but when you say apps which language you use will depend on what platform you'll start off on.
