I want to watch more movies

I've been meaning to watch more movies lately but nothing has caught my eye. All the movies I want to see don't come out for another month or two, and it's so impatient having to wait for them lol. I already know I want to go and see Barbie and Oppenheimer when they release, but there's also movies like The Little Mermaid that I want to watch, and Five Nights and Freddy's is coming out this year on halloween so I wanna go see that.

In the mean time though, i've been wanting to get into something new but I just can't find any good movies lately. For funsies I decided to watch the Fast and the Furious movies. I had to stop after Tokyo Drift because they were genuinely so bad that I couldn't get past them T_T

I really hated them, and they were just the worst things I'd ever watched. If anyone has any movie rec's I'd love to see them, but just know that I don't really like gore or anything with rape in it :/ I find those kinds of subjects to be really disturbing to me.

I'm probably gonna scour the internet for movie ideas to watch. I've been thinking maybe I should finally watch The Godfather because I've never seen it before. I've heard of it, but like it's one of those movies that I've just heard about in passing.

That and well mafia stories are some of my favorite to read about in fanfiction, and mafia anime and manga are always a plus in my book.
