Having the worst mental health day.
Very overwhelmed by job prospects.
Having difficulty adjusting to the recent transition from being in college to being totally done.
Feeling very hopeless in terms of relationships.
Really hoping I can start to feel better in the next few days. Probably in need of a good pep talk, encouragement, and some time in nature.
Hope anyone who sees this is having better luck managing their anxiety and is just having a great day. Or if you’re in a similar boat, then I hope that tomorrow is better for you.
