Explaining eudemonism

The word of eudemonism might seem pretty unknown to you, well it's normal. It is to be studied in philosophy, along with Epicure.

To explain it simply to you, eudemonism is controlled hedonism. (Hedonism is the pursuit of all desires, often seen negatively). Therefore, to be happy, Epicure says that you only have to follow necessary and natural things.

Therefore, eudemonism is the idea that the goal of life is to be happy.
