It usually doesn't take this long to write a song for me, but it took very long to write this one. I stepped out of my comfort zone and wrote something way different. This one was hard.
I also had to make sure I wasn't ripping off any other songs while I wrote this because I had a distinct melody and cadence in my head that was super similar to a couple songs I like.
I dont really write songs like this, but I wanted to test myself as a writer.

oh i like this one. for it being something out of of your comfort zone, i think you nailed it. i can imagine a couple different music genres these lyrics could sound good to. nice job
