3ds modding

so obsessed with 3ds modding right now... so freaking awesome!!! i am so fascinated by the process and i have even been making custom themes. i might also try to make a short little game to get on there, it won't be a homebrew app though since that's way too advanced for me, just a simple game i can run in the scummvm i have on it lol.

i really want to mod more, i modded my old 3ds xl a few years ago but i want to try other exploits! i keep wanting to pick up a n3ds xl or a n2ds xl since i'd love the hardware upgrade and to start on a fresh system!!! i have been thinking about a new 2ds xl but the speaker placement kind of weirds me out, although it shouldn't be a problem with the way i currently hold my 3ds. i've also heard it's lighter and more ergonomic, which is preferable for me, even if it might make it feel a bit lower quality. but the aesthetic is probably one of the biggest factors for me... i had a light pink ds lite which i love, but my dsi and 3ds xl are both black, and i just don't enjoy the look that much :( i would really love to have white ds! i love the lavender + white new 2ds xl the most, and probably with the white + orange one coming in a close second. 2ds xls are also usually cheaper, at least they should be, since they were at release... anyway, hopefully i can find one for an alright price once i have a budget for it, i don't mind trying to find a japanese one since they are usually cheaper
