lol hi it's me again~

Hi internet, it's Jay, and it's been a while lmao

So, here's what's been up:

- I got a job! It's my first one, and I have been working there for a little under a month now. It's retail, so it can be draining. 

- The job doesn't schedule me, and so a lot of my hours end up covering other people's shifts. Every now and then I get it, but I'm only scheduled for 2-3 days of work a week (4 hours each) and yet I get shift pickups that make me have to change the days I work to keep everyone's hours fair. Honestly, it's getting draining because when I asked for more hours I didn't mean other people's.... if anyone on here does/has worked at a gas station.... would you recommend it? Kiiiinda looking into it rn

- Me and my boyf are going strong on almost 8 months! It's so crazy that I have such an amazing person in my life. Every time I look at him I can see my future husband- and that's something I don't say lightly <3

- It's summer now no school haha anyways might not be a music student next year or the year after unless I fall back in love with it but music school wrings you out like a dishrag >:(

- gave myself that silly little 2000's emo haircut of my dreams and I love it, time to dye it black and purple!!

- now that I have an income, I get to start budgeting and saving for things like gas and stuff! Money management lets goooo

- I take my DMV test in a few days (yes, I am in college without my license, in my defense my 16th birthday was in March of 2020 like THE DAY they shut everything down here in the US so I got kicked in the butt) and now I can actually get where I need to be without being a burden

- Got a Switch OLED, playing a lot of BOTW, ACNH and Splatoon 3!!

- Moved back home, staying here until I move in with my boyf in around a year (we hope!)

So yeah! If you read alllllll of that thankies! how's your week been going? what's your LEAST favorite color? Mine's that awful orangey-brown color, IMO it looks like dog poop on a pallette
