One of my favs is Bungou Stray Dogs. You need to watch couple episodes to get into it but once you do it's great! There is a lot of content and the fandom is pretty big :D
Another one that's really good is Madoka Magica, it's a psychological anime and I think if you are gonna watch it it's best to go into it without any kind of spoilers. It has one season and you can binge it in a day or two. Really recommend it!
