Clueless for months

tbh i don‘t know how long i can keep going without going insane. I‘m pretty sure i‘m autistic but i also relate to traits from adhd and bpd. I‘m in therapy but they don’t want to start test even tho i suffer and i rlly wanna know what’s wrong with me. I‘ve been stuck since 6th grade in this hell hole, maybe even earlier. Oh my god what should i do
