do spanish dogs understand spanish?

okay hear me out so yk how an english person will train the dog commands like "sit" and "stay" or their name to call them back, the dog obviously doesn't understand english as a language but understands the command and the voice.

so if a spanish person did the same thing to a spanish dog, and then that dog traveled to an english-speaking country would they not understand what the english person is asking them to do???
