I am literally so obsessed with protein bars it’s like bad. I once ate 3 protein bars in one day cause i was lazy. That’s the good part about it though, you can legit just grab it and eat it. You dont have to prepare anything or use any utensils or do any dishes. Plus, the cookies and cream flavor? Oh my goodnesss. It’s legit like eating a giant cookie. I’m scared though cause the quest bars are the ones I eat the most and they have like a TON of protein in them. And like, is eating that much protein bad for you, or will i just get like super buff? I don’t know but I swear they’re so good and the texture is so soft and chewy ughhhh. At first they kind of tasted like bricks, but now it’s all I’ve been craving and so I eat them all the time. They’re pretty good for you though so i guess it’s not bad, like i said I’m just scared eating that much protein might have side effects or something.
