The Missing ADV Keroro announcement video (?)

Ok so I swear to god I been trying to find this video supposedly on the ADV of the announcement of SGT. Frog being aired there although...

"ADV Films had originally added a brief teaser page to their website, announcing their licensing of the anime. The site turned to static before playing a short clip of Keroro dancing to "Afro Gunso," then leaving the message "hacked by the frog."

I had looked almost all over for it heck even using the wayback machine for this thing though I have yet too find this thing? since adobe doesnt event work I cant even go back and see whats left.

so at this point I either keep trying or I may have to just list it as lost media.
