All or nothing at all

Ah yes, my first blogpost

It's really more of a status check than a blog post.

Life so far is thankfully okay so far, but I need to change jobs

I feel that, the company is screwing us supervisors, over due to incompetence and stuff.

They can't help us and they can never really look out for us, they are more like wanting to set us up to fail

So they can get to keep the excess of the bonuses and leaving us out to dry.

Those "I want to speak to your manager" calls also have a score and if the clients don't really like what we give them,
Even if it is the truth or only solution, they'll grade us down and cause us to be robbed of our bonuses or incentive to work harder.

Not only that, corporate is on my ass and they want to send me back to an associate position.
I actually feel tired from that workplace, it's just that I need the money hence I stay in, but once I get off amd jump on the new gig, I can finally escape.
