Question about positioning in spacehey profile.

Hi! Recently, i've been wanting to make a layout which would look best if i changed the position of the "Edit profile" and blog sections to underneath the "About me" section. I wanted to know if it would even be possible, and if it was, i'd like to know how. Thx in advance :,3
