HELP MEEEE Update!

Good news: Found a cool layout I really like!

Bad news: I made a cute custom cursor and it won't work lol. Anyone know how to do it?

I'm following the steps I saw here by Tac Wesker but my page just won't show it!

EDIT: For some reason uploading images doesn't work too. I might have to do more research on HTML stuff lol
